摘　　要： 产品自主创新是当前企业增强自身活力与竞争能力的核心,也是振兴我国民族经济的根本途径。由于现代企业的大环境发生了巨大的变化,经济全球化与竞争本土化是突出的特征。文章从我国企业管理者角度出发,借鉴国内外的先进经验,探讨企业技术创新的方式与渠道,进而应对全球经济一体化的挑战。 Product independent innovation is the core of the enterprise to improve its vitality and competitive ability,it is also the basic way for developing national economy.As the environment has changed dramatically for modern enterprise development,economy, and global competition localization are distinctive features.This paper,from the angle of the enterprise managers,and based on the domestic and foreign advanced experience,discusses the enterprise technology innovation and the channel,and then puts forward suggestions to deal with the challenge of global economic integration.
