摘　　要： 我国数字图书馆理论研究与建设已经起步,数字图书馆具有其鲜明的优势,明确当前高校数字图书馆建设所取得的成果与总体特点,分析数字图书馆的核心内涵,了解地方高校的资源有限性、需求局限性和地方特色性,在地方性本科院校数字图书馆建设中就应该注重树立服务本校教学、科研和特色专业和地方企业需求的宗旨,以资源建设为侧重点. Due to its outstanding goodness,theoretical research and construction practice of digital library has been started in China.The general characteristics and achievements of digital library construction in China's colleges are summarized firstly in this paper,and then the connotative meaning of digital library is analyzed.Since the limitation of resources,the roundedness of demand and localized features,the construction of digital library in local undergraduate colleges should aim at serving the teaching,scientific research and special major construction of its college,as well as serving local enterprises,and resources construction should be one of the focal points.
