摘 要: 概率推理技术难以有效解决突发事件链知识表达和演化推理问题。以地震事件链为例,分析了突发事件链演化机理,通过定义最小粒度的原子突发事件将不确定性推理转化为确定性推理;尝试综合运用本体、SWRL和Jess等技术,提出基于SWRL的突发事件链式演化推理框架;从原子事件、承灾体两个相互作用的事件链要素出发,构建事件链本体;以承灾体的输入输出状态属性为核心推理要素,提取和构建原子事件间基于SWRL的触发规则;通过实验证明了该方法的有效性。 Knowledge expression and evolution reasoning problems of emergency chain couldn't be resolved effectively by probability reasoning.Disaster chain evolution mechanism was analyzed with an example of earthquakes disaster chain.Through the definition of atomic events with minimum size,uncertainty reasoning was transformed into certainty reasoning.The technologies of ontology,SWRL and Jess were combined to build a chained evolution reasoning mechanism of emergencies based on SWRL.The disaster chain ontology was constructed with the atomic events and hazard-affected body elements.With the core reasoning elements of input/output state attributes of the hazard-affected body,the trigger atom rules based on SWRL between atomic events were extracted and constructed.The effectiveness of this method was proved with an experiment.
