摘 要: 为使现代工厂很多控制系统达到被控对象的行走定位误差小、定位精确的要求,基于编码识别技术、PLC控制技术和变频控制技术,构建了物料小车行走自动定位控制系统。该系统包含粗定位和精定位两个阶段,实现了预定目标的高效自动行走控制和准确定位。经过实际系统试验验证,控制系统具有稳定性高、响应快、误差小和维护方便等优点。 For the accuracy of the walking location of the controlled object in factories, based on coding identification technology, PLC control technology and frequency conversion control technology, the walking automatic location control system of small vehicle is built. This system includes two stages of coarse location and accurate location, implements efficient automatic walking control and accurate location. Some real tests show that this control system has many advantages, such as high stability, fast response, minor error, convenient maintenance.
