摘　　要： 人力资源是企业管理中重要的环节,人才是支撑企业运营的基础,而知识型人才则是创造利润的基础。但多数小企业最终成为知识型人才的培养基地、提升的踏板。小企业如何控制知识型人才的流失,如何留住知识型人才是文章主要研究的内容。 Human resources is important link in enterprise management,personnel support is the base of enterprise operation,and the knowledge talented person is the basis to create profit.But the majority of small businesses become the knowledge talented person's training base,ascending pedal.How to control the knowledge type personnel of the small enterprises,how to retain talents is the main content of this article.
