摘　　要： 笔者结合基层学生党建工作的具体实践经验和初步探索提出,可通过统分结合的学生党课培训形式,以综合素质培养为导向的党建导师以及"早选苗子早培养"地适时改进入党发展时机几个方面,切实加强与改进独立学院学生党建工作。 Combine the practice and preliminary explorations in basic work of students' party,the author proposed that,through the improvement of the party class in the form of combination of centralization and decentralization,the tutor party which is comprehensive quality cultivation oriented,and the improvement of the membership development time,can strengthen and improve the students' party construction of universities' independent institute.
