摘　　要： 为了更好地指导网上书店的建设,在分析和调研的基础上,建立了基于大学生满意度的网上书店评价指标体系。在评价指标权重计算中,引入了加权平均法和层次分析法相结合的方法。计算出了各指标的权重值,通过一致性检验,并对各指标进行了总排序。最后针对求得的权重给出了相应的建议。 In order to guide the construction of online book store better,this paper build the online book store evaluation index system from university student's view based on analysis and research.Used AHP combined with weighted average method when calculating the index's weight.The weight of each index was calculated,got through the consistency check,and all these indexes were ordered.Finally,some recommendations were given based on the index's weight.
