摘　　要： 冷战结束后,由于国际战略格局发生巨大变化,国际恐怖主义也相应出现新变化,呈现了一些新特征,这就是:类型多样 化、发展快速化、规模扩大化、组织网络化、行为科技化、人才高质化、“同党”国际化、目标集中化、危害综合化。 After the cold war,the strategic situadon in the world has greatly changed.In this background,intemational terrorism has also begun to take on a new look.Nowadays,it haw been characterized with some new features-variability in forms,rapidly development and over-expansion in size,strict network in organization,utilization of high-techs and well-trained members from different countries,clear targets.All these new features have enabled the international terrorist organizations to launch attacks on a locked target more conveniently than ever befor,therefore its threats to the world peace is ever greater and wide-spread.
