摘　　要： 行政管理工作的正常运行需要一定的行政经费作保证。随着社会的发展,行政管理费用逐渐增加是必然的,而行政管理费大幅攀升却违背了公共权力的来源和行使目的,是与构建法治、廉洁、高效、服务型政府相悖的。行政管理费用大幅攀升的原因跟公务员的思想认识、历史文化、心理积淀和社会风气等因素有关,从这些方面着手就能够找到遏制行政管理费用大幅攀升的路径。 The nomal working of administration requires certain costs as guarantee.With the social development,the increase in the costs of administration is inevitable,which goes against the source and the purpose of public rights and is contrary to government of rule by law,honesty,efficiency and service.The reason for the increase in the costs is related to some elements such as civil servants' idea,historical culture,psychological accumulation and social style.From the aspects,we can find the route to contain the increase in the costs.
