摘　　要： 信息与"伪信息"涵盖了大信息哲学领域的全部内容。然而,通常我们讲的信息哲学(或者信息体系)往往只是单指"信息"研究历史(或者信息体系),"伪信息"哲学则被隐于信息哲学的氛围之下,为信息哲学所完全屏蔽。其实,"伪信息"也可以作为研究的重要领域。"打着真信息的帆儿,做着半信息的事儿,有着假信息的内在",我们可以将"伪信息"断定为一种信息哲学时代的寄生儿,但是在这个过程中,我们又不能完全忽略、否定"伪信息"对社会的影响,特别是其在政治层面的功能发挥,还需要我们对其有价值部分进行真理、意义的解蔽。 Information and 'Pseudo Information' covers the whole field of information philosophy.However,modern information philosophy (or modern information philosophy system) usually means the history of information research (or system).'Pseudo Information' philosophy is hidden in the atmosphere of information philosophy.In fact,'Pseudo information' can be used as one of the important research field. 'Under the banner of true information,doing half information's thing,having a false information on the intrinsic',therefore,we can consider 'Pseudo information' as a parasitic infant of information era,but in this process,we can not completely deny its impact on society,particularly in political function level,and we need to find out the value of the truth and significance.
