摘 要: 以甲基丙烯酸、高级长链醇、马来酸酐、乙酸乙烯酯等为原料,采用两步法合成了聚甲基丙烯酸酯新型生物柴油降凝剂。考察了原料种类、原料用量、温度等因素对降凝剂黏度及降凝效果的影响。实验结果表明:合成聚甲基丙烯酸酯的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度85℃90℃,聚合反应时间5h,反应原料摩尔比马来酸酐:乙酸乙烯酯:甲基丙烯酸十八酯=1:4:4。聚甲基丙烯酸酯添加量为1%时,生物柴油的凝点能降低8℃,降凝效果较好。 Abstract Methacrylic acid, senior long-chain alcohols, maleic anhydride and vinyl acetate were chose as the raw materials and then a polymethacrylate pour point depressant of new bio-diesel was synthesised by two-step synthesis. The effect of raw material, the quantity of raw material and the temperature on viscosity and solidifying point of the pour point depressant were studied. The results showed that: the reaction temperature was 85 ~ 90℃, reaction time was 5h, the mole ratio of reactants: maleic anhydride: vinyl acetate: 18 methacrylate ester = 1:4:4. When the amount of polymer was 1%, the solidifying point of biodiesel can be reduced 8℃, and the depression effect was the best.
