摘 要: 分别添加少量NaCl、乙酸、表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),研究少量添加物对海藻酸钠/聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液性质和静电纺纤维的影响,并初步探讨了溶液静电纺丝机制。结果表明:NaCl改变了溶液的电导率和黏度,乙酸降低了溶液的黏度、提高了溶剂挥发性,SDS降低了溶液的表面张力;适量的添加物可使纤维形貌得到改善;添加物对电纺纤维化学结构无本质影响;无机盐离子加剧了纤维拉伸作用,结晶性有所提高;处于泰勒锥处液滴表面受到静电排斥力、表面张力、同种聚合物分子间的氢键作用力、不同聚合物分子间的氢键作用力以及聚合物同水等溶剂形成的氢键作用力。 Ultrafine fibers and fiber mats of Poly(vinyl alcohol) mixed with sodium alginate containing a small amount of NaCl,acetic acid,or surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) were prepared by electrospinning.The impact of the solution and fiber properties by a small amount of additives was studied.Finally,solution electric spinning mechanism was discussed preliminarily.The results showed that the NaCl changed the conductivity and viscosity of the solution,the viscosity of the solution containing acetic acid was decreased,the volatility of the solvents was increased,the SDS reduced the surface tension of the solution,proper amount of material was added and the morphology of fibers was improved.The chemical structure of electrospunning fibers was not influenced essentially.Inorganic ions make the fibers being stretched strongly.The surface of the droplet at the Taylor taper was affected by a number of the forces,such as the static electric repulsion,the surface tension and the intermolecular hydrogen bonding force coming from the same polymer molecules and the polymers with different molecular and the polymers with the solvent such as water.
