摘　　要： "开平碉楼与村落"成功列入世界遗产名录后,其保护管理的压力逐渐增大。制定有效的措施要以对该遗产项目属性的确定为前提。"开平碉楼与村落"是一种独特的文化景观,中西合壁的碉楼与民居、村落附属建筑、竹林、池塘、稻田、河流等构成了和谐而又分层的景观。在这一"文化空间"里还包含着丰富的非物质文化。基于属性分析的保护管理,就应该针对遗产的不同属性采取相应的保护措施,文化景观的保护要注意对碉楼本体和民居、村落环境的整治、控制。非物质文化遗产保护任务繁重,要贯彻"抢救第一"的原则,展开摸底调查,进行多学科保护研究,来实施保护。只有如此,该项目的真实性与完整性才能够永续保存。 The pressure on protecting and administering Kaiping Diaolous and the Villages has gradually been augmented,since it was included in the World Heritage List.The precondition of constituting effective meas- ures should be the confirmation of the attribute of the heritage items.Studies on this issue have just been in their early stage,and this paper would like to put forward some preliminary viewpoints.Kaiping Diaolous and the Villa- ges,whose East-meets-West Diaolous and residences,buildings subordinate to the villages,bamboo woods, ponds,paddy fields,and rivers construct a harmonious and layered sight,is a special cultural sight.There is also plenty of intangible culture in this'cultural space'.The protective management based on the attribute analysis should adopt relevant protective measures according to the different attributes of the heritage.The protection of the cultural sights should pay attention to the renovation and control on the Diaolous,the villagers and the village envi- ronment.In the facet of intangible culture the tasksare arduous,so we should carry out the principle of'Rescue First',and investigate to find out the real situation,then do multi-discipline studies,and implement the protec- tive measures.Only in this way can the authenticity and the integrality of Kaiping Diaolous and the Villages be passed down and reserved enduringly.
