摘　　要： 创新教育的目标是培养创新人才,创新型教师是贯彻创新教育的主体。创新型教师应具备与时俱进的教育理念以及时代需要的专业素养。 Innovative education aims to cultivate creative talents.The cultivation of innovative talents needs innovative teachers.Teachers should possess an educational concept of innovation that advances with the time,as well as professional competency that meets the need of the time.
