摘　　要： 长期以来,传统的以"教师讲,学生听"为基础的体育教学模式已经不能适应现代社会的教育发展趋势。所以,我们要在传统教育的基础上,不断创新教学模式,使体育教学能够真正达到发展身体、增强体质、掌握体育基本知识、技能和技术的目的。 Over the years,the traditional physical education model based on'teacher talk,students listen' can not adapt to the educational trends of modern society,.Therefore,we have to innovate teaching mode based on traditional education,so that physical education can really reach the purposes of developingthe body,enhancing physical fitness,mastering the basic sports knowledge,skills and technology.
