摘　　要： 信息时代的到来改变了译者的传统工作方式。计算机辅助翻译工具的出现大大提高了译者的工作效率,提升了译文的质量。本文在简要介绍计算机辅助翻译的发展后,通过分析法律翻译的特点、我国法律法规英译面临的任务和存在的问题、立法文本的特点以及法在发展过程中的借鉴与吸收,指出计算机辅助翻译工具在立法文本英译中的适用性。 The coming of information age has changed the traditional way of working of translators.The emergence of computer-aided translation tools greatly improve the efficiency of the translators and improve the translation quality.This paper briefly introduces the development of computer-assisted translation,through analyzes the characteristics of legal translation,the tasks that translation of laws and regulations facing,the existing problems,the characteristics of legislative texts and the absorption of law in the development process,proposes the application of computer-aided translation tools in legislation English text.
