摘　　要： 本文以现有文献所呈现出的选票样式为样本,系统地比较了具有代表性的五种村民委员会选举中的选票样式。在分别评论各种选票样式优劣的基础上,肯定了现有的各种选票样式对于村民委员会选举的发展所做出的贡献,也指出了各种选票样式所共同反映出的思维定势与盲区。结合比较选举制度的基本理论,选票样式应有进一步发展的三个空间:在现有法律体系下设计更为多样化的选票样式的可能性;在明确定位村民委员会性质的前提下确定不同类型的政治组织所要求的选举制度及选票样式;在突破绝对多数决的基础上减少动员成本的可能性。 Based on the ballot paper samples from the available literatures, this paper systematically compares five typical ballot paper styles in China’s villager committee elections. After identifying the advantages and disadvantages individually, we affirm the contributions of ballot paper styles to the development of China’s villager committee elections, and indicate the thinking sets and black spots reflected from all the ballot paper styles. Guided by the basic principles of comparative electoral systems, we explores three possible approaches to improve ballot paper design in villager committee elections, including designing multiple ballot styles under existing villager committee organic law, assorting the ballot paper styles with governance form of villager committee, and exploring relative majority rule to decrease the election cost.
