摘　　要： 在文献分析的基础上,通过开放式问卷调查、访谈,分析834份有效调查问卷,编制适于中小学教师使用的情绪劳动测量问卷。问卷包括四个维度,分别为知觉、深层行为、表层行为和自然行为,问卷具有较好的信效度。情绪劳动各维度中,知觉、深层行为的得分较高,表层行为的得分最低。均值比较结果显示,情绪劳动各维度在性别、任教年级和教龄上表现出不同程度的显著差异,女教师在知觉和自然行为上的得分较高;除表层行为外,小学教师各项情绪劳动得分均高于中学教师;随着教龄的增加,教师的情绪劳动水平呈现上升的趋势。 This paper,based on the review of current literature,via open-ended questionnaire,and interview,with teachers,analyzed 834 available samples,and developed the emotional labor scale for elementary and secondary school teachers.The scale is proved to be of good reliability and validity,which consists of four dimensions:perception,deep behavior,surface behavior,and natural expression.In addition,perception and deep behavior demonstrate higher scores.Scores for aggregation and each dimension vary with gender,gr...
