摘　　要： 介绍锌锅感应加热器的工作原理及内部结构。通过对发生漏锌的感应加热器内部耐材解体研究,观察其微观结构以及结合面密封情况,找出了容易产生漏锌的薄弱环节,指出结合面密封不良漏锌及熔沟耐材劣化造成漏锌是感应加热器漏锌的两大主要原因。同时结合现场经验介绍了感应加热器耐材制作时的要点、安装过程中法兰面紧固的优化方法以及平时使用维护中的注意事项,从多方面预防感应加热器漏锌的发生。 This paper briefly describes the working principle and internal structure of a zinc pot induction heater. Through a disintegrated study on zinc leakage of an induction heater and its internal refractory,the heater s microstructure together with its surface sealing. Some weak links which lead to the zinc leakage were found. The authors pointed out that the two main reasons for the zinc leakage are bad sealing joints and degradation of refractories.
