摘　　要： 物质资本独立存在,但人力资本只能依附于载体,这是二者最本质的区别。在此基础上,对比物质资本交易特点,总结出人力资本交易的五个特性:所有权不可转让性、交易对象的特殊性、交易的高专用性、交易的高频率性和交易的高风险性。 Material capital exists independently,but human capital reveals as an attachment.This is the most essential difference between the two capitals.On this basis,in contrast to the characteristics of material capital transactions,five characteristics of human capital transaction are summarized as follows: non-transferable ownership,specialties of the transaction objects,high specificity of transaction,high frequency of transaction and high risks of transaction.
