摘 要: 通过学习其它综述文献,我们提出以下假设:团队中各个个体对时间观念的不同看法会导致两种明显的思维和行为差异——时间紧迫感(Timeurgency)和时间理解(Time perspective),而它们将直接影响各队员对于团队最终期限(Deadline)的看法(Perception)。我们将在内文中详细地阐述时间紧迫感和时间理解如何影响个体对最终期限的看法以及它们如何衍生出相应的、对付最终期限的行为;而那些由不同的个体所汇集而成的、对最终期限的综合看法与行为又将如何影响整个团队对应付最终期限的能力以及团队绩效(Teamperformance)。最后,我们会提出有关研究方向的不足与未来研究发展的方向。 Through studies of other scholars, we make the following assumption, that is, different team members'timing concepts will cause two obvious mental and behavior outcomes, they are time urgency and time perspective, and they will directly affect each individual's perception about their teamwork's deadline. This article will illustrate how time urgency and time perspective affect individuals' deadline perception and how will individual behavior dealing with deadline be formed; and it will also evaluate how these time urgency and time perspective affect the team performance at last. By the end, this article will state its constraint and direction for future studies.
