摘　　要： 结合湖北漳河水库工程监测资料整编分析系统的开发,介绍了基于C/S体系结构的工程信息管理和分析系统的设计和实现,并就数据库设计、系统功能及系统开发中的关键技术等进行了探讨。 The management information system is developed based on the client/server network model and applied to work out the compiling-analysing system for the monitoring data of Zhanghe earth dam. As focal points, the design of database, the functions of this system and some key techniques are discussed.
