摘　　要： 高职教育需要有高素质的师资队伍,需要具备自身特征的素质结构,当前的高职法律教育师资队伍,存在着学历偏低,教学技能不足等问题。应进一步提高法律高职师资水平,提高科研能力。 Higher vocational education demands for higher-quality teaching staff and quality structure with its own characteristics . However, in today' s teaching staff of higher vocational education of law major, there exist problems such as lower record of formal schooling, poor teaching skill etc. We sholld further improve our teachers' level and their teaching and researching ability.
