摘　　要： 本文借鉴国外的一些成功经验,结合自己的思考,从高职教育人才培养规格角度,探讨了高职人才的能力培养问题,论述了高职人才可持续发展能力培养的特点和要素。 From the angle of qualified personnel training standard in higher vocational and technical education, this paper studies more profoundly the ability training issue, as a dissertation of sustainable abilitiy training characteristics and factors of the education.
