摘　　要： 通过查阅大量的文献资料,从教练员及科研人员在推铅球运动训练实践中形成的基本观点和经验出发,总结出当前推铅球运动的特点及发展趋势,并提出两点建议,旨在从更深层次系统科学地认识此项运动,为铅球项目的训练提供理论参考,促进其进一步发展。 Through looking up plenty of document information, starting from the basic viewpoints and experience that forms in practice of the coaches and researchers in the sport of shot put training, this paper makes summaries on the characteristic of the current sport of shot put and its development tendency, and puts forward two suggestions for the purpose of knowing this sport scientifically at a deeper level and offering theoretical reference for shot project train to promote its further development.
