摘 要: 人事代理工作是人事工作的延伸,是社会主义市场经济发展的必然,它具有系统化、专业化、法制化、社会化特点,对打破终身制激活用人机制、为用人单位摆脱沉重负担、为非公有制单位解决人才引进问题、实现"单位人"向"社会人"转变、促进人才合理流动等都具有重要意义。 As prolongation of personnel work, personnel surrogation is a necessity of the development of socialist market economy. It has such characteristics as systematism, specialization, legality and socialization, and moreover, will help to break the system of life tenure, activate employment system, cast off albatross for employment units, solve the problems of bringing in talent for non-state-owned units, realize the change from 'unit person' to 'social person' and finally hasten the reasonable talent flow.
