摘 要: 以水-柴油换热为对象,对直针翅管和斜针翅管套管换热器的壳程传热与压降性能进行了实验研究与数值模拟。采用Fluent软件模拟了柴油在直针翅管和斜针翅管套管换热器壳程层流流动时的流场、温度场以及传热与压降性能。结果表明,在相同流动条件下,直针翅管与光管套管换热器的总传热系数K的比值模拟值与实验值吻合较好。同时分析了斜针翅管纵向流流动特性,压降低于直针翅管换热器,强化传热为光管的1.5~2倍,并设计应用于炼油换热器中。 The experimental study and numerical simulation on heat transfer and pressure drop performance were performed at the shell-sides of straight and inclined pin-fin-tube heat exchangers with exchange of water and diesel oil.The FLUENT software was used to simulate flow field,temperature field and heat transfer and pressure drop performances as diesel is flowing in the shell-side of the straight and inclined pinfin tube heat exchanger.The results showed that the analog value of the total heat transfer coefficie...
