摘　　要： 在现代大学体制下,二级学院处于基础和关键的地位。二级学院管理如何,对大学发展具有举足轻重的影响。近些年来,中国现代大学体制下的二级学院管理有了一定的发展,但仍然存在着诸多的问题,需要从学校和二级学院两个层面对这些问题加以解决。 Under contemporary university system, secondary colleges are basic components and play a pivotal role. Therefore, how well the secondary colleges are managed has a direct bearing on the development of a university. Recent years has witnessed certain progress in the management of secondary colleges, but there still remain some problems which should be settled with the efforts of both the university and secondary colleges.
