摘　　要： 代建制模式中,存在着双层委托代理关系,如何对代建公司进行激励以成为当下研究的一个主要问题。运用层次分析法,对目前政府通常采用的五种激励方案进行排序,给出每种方案对代建公司激励力度的贡献值,为政府提高对代建公司激励力度应选择何种激励方案提供决策依据。 There are two-tier principal-agent relationships in agent system model. How to encourage the construction-agent company has become a major problem at present.Five incentive ways which are commonly used by our government at present are sorted with the analytic hierarchy process,and the contribution value of each way that can incent the construction-agent company is given.Thus,there is a basis for our government to choose the way that can incent construction-agent company well.
