摘 要: 在有限体积法的基础上提出一种能自动引入JFO(Jakobsson,Floberg,Olsson)边界条件(即质量守恒边界条件)的有限宽径向滑动轴承的油膜空穴算法,该方法精度高,收敛性好,可方便编程求解。通过数值计算结果与实验数据的比较,证明该计算方法能准确确定完整油膜区和空穴区,其结果符合实际情况。同时,在该计算方法的基础上进一步研究滑动轴承的长径比、偏心率和空穴压力对油膜空穴和压力分布的影响,计算结果表明,空穴区域和油膜压力随长径比、偏心率的增大而增大;空穴并不总是降低轴承的承载力,空穴压力的大小对轴承性能有相当的影响。 A calculation method for cavitation in journal bearing’s oil-film was presented based on finite volume method,which could include JFO(Jakobsson,Floberg,Olsson) boundary condition (namely mass conserving boundary condition) automatically,and which was accurate,with good convergence and easy to be solved by programming.By comparing the numerical result of this algorithm with experimental data of previous researchers,it is found that this algorithm can accurately determine the cavitation region and full film r...
