摘　　要： 高浓降流漂白塔是高浓混合器之后的配套设备,其塔底结构是漂白塔的关键部件。Metso公司的塔底结构采用了十字刮料器与锥形变距螺旋结合的出料结构,Andritz公司的塔底结构采用了一字刮料器出料,传动都使用了新型行星齿轮机构。结合工艺分析了两种塔底结构的工作原理和在漂白塔中使用特点。 High consistency bleaching tower of down stream is the matching equipment after the high consistency mixer.Its bottom structure is the key component of the bleaching tower.The cross scraper and conical spiral conveyer are general used in the tower bottom for a feeder by Metso Company,however vane scraper was used to feed by Adritz,at the same time a new type of planetary gear was used as power transmission by the two companies.The working principle of two bottom structures and using characteristics in the b...
