摘　　要： 本文就目前广西电大网络系统在安全方面的不足,提出了结合安全传输层、防火墙技术、入侵检测技术、病毒防护技术的一种实现,强调安全技术管理和员工安全教育具有同等的重要性。 This paper, aiming at the existing deficits in the safety of the network system of Guangxi Radio &TV University, proposes a technique for preventing virus, which combines SSL, firewall technique and IDS. It stresses on the equal importance of both safety management with technique and safer education for staff members.
