摘　　要： 能源安全是一个综合性的概念,它不仅是能源的供应与需求问题,而且关系到一个国家的国际地位、经济结构、社会稳定乃至个人发展。能源安全主要涉及供应安全、运输安全、价格安全、结构安全、生态安全、国家安全等六个方面。基于对能源安全的综合理解,显然不能对中俄能源合作只做能源进出口的狭隘理解。进一步推进和拓展中俄两国能源安全合作,就必须摆脱角色差异、定位模糊、阶段变更的困境,同时解决好价格机制、技术合作、资源互补和地区建设等现实问题。 Energy security is a comprehensive concept which not only involves energy supply and demand,but also concerns a country's international status,economic structure,social stability as well as personal development.Energy security is mainly related to supply security,transport safety,price safety,structure safety,ecology safety,and national security.Based on a comprehensive understanding of energy security,we should not simply have a narrow understanding of Sino-Russian energy cooperation just as energy imports...
