摘　　要： 提出了一个基于熵权和灰色关联分析的食品冷链物流企业绩效评价模型.由于影响因素众多且相互关联,并具有信息不完全的特征,食品冷链物流企业的绩效评价是一个灰色系统.模型采用熵权法对食品冷链物流企业各绩效评价指标进行赋权,克服了传统的灰色关联分析大多采用专家的主观评价来确定各指标权重的不确定性,从而大大提高了灰色关联分析法的客观性和评价精度.最后通过实例验证了该模型的有效性和适用性. We propose a new model of performance evaluation for food cold chain logistics enterprise based on entropy and gray relevant analysis.Entropy is used to determine the weights of assessment indicators,which avoids the uncertainty in estimating the weights subjectively.The assessment indicators are settled and compared quantitatively and the correlation degree of performance evaluation for food cold chain logistics enterprise was calculated by gray relational analysis in this model.Finally,an example is used ...
