摘 要: 太极拳是中华民族五千多年无数先贤智慧的结晶,是中华民族的宝贵体育文化遗产。它所具有的益气养神、固肾健脾、通经和血、养精骨、利关节、防治疾病和强身健体之功效早已被证实,被人们所接受。但“太极拳有无真功夫”一直是存于许多人头脑中的疑问。文章就有关太极拳真功夫的机理问题进行研究,以求消除人们的疑虑,使太极拳更加发扬光大。 Taiji is crystallization of many Chinese ancestors' wisdom for over thousands years, It is the precious physical culture heredity. It has been proved and accepted that Taiji can benefit our spirit, physical organs,bone joints, arteries and reins,can prevent diseases and build up our health. But many people doubt that 'Is there any real function of Taiji '. This article will discuss the function of Taiji , in order to clear the doubt out of people's mind. It is a step for Taiji to be known better by more people .
