摘　　要： 对西北轻工业学院大学生进行了为期 4年的体质跟踪测试及调研 ,据此分析了该院大学生的体质现状 ,探讨了其中一些带有规律性的问题 ,为体育教学改革及体育课程的合理设置以及促进大学生体质全面发展 。 Based on a 4-year students′ physique follow-up investigation and study conducted on students of Northwest Institute of Light Industry, the article analyzes the current physique condition of the students and discusses some problems which tend to have their own regularity. The study will provide data for more rational PE curriculum in PE reform, as well as promoting the improvement of students′ overall physique and better sanitary and health service in the college.
