摘　　要： 简单介绍了紫外光固化的原理 ,紫外光固化涂料的配方构成、固化设备及原材料的选择 ,并举例描述了液态光致抗蚀剂的组成和特性。 The principles of UV curing process, formulation of UV curing coating, selection of light sources and raw materials were introduced in this paper. The composition and characteristic of liquid photo imageable etching resist ink was described briefly as an example.
