摘 要: 以Ti,Si3N4,石墨和SiC粉体为原料,用反应热压法合成了TiN-SiC复合陶瓷材料,并对其显 微结构及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:该复合材料的维氏硬度和断裂韧性分别为13.6 GPa 和6.89 MPa·m1/2,其增韧机制主要为裂纹偏转和裂纹分叉机制。 TiN-SiC composite ceramics was prepared by reactive hot-pressing using Ti, Si3N4, graphite and SiC powders as starting materials. The microstructure and mechanical properties of TiN-SiC composite ceramics were studied. The results show that the Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of TiN-SiC composite ceramics are 13. 6 GPa and 6. 89 MPa ·m1/2 respectively. The crack deflection and crack branching are major mechanisms for increasing the fracture toughness in the composite ceramics.
