摘 要: 探讨了用化学共沉淀法制备NiFe_2O_4陶瓷材料的工艺过程,研究了影响材料性质的各种因素,并对材料的结构成分进行了分析与鉴定。结果表明,采用氢氧化纳调节混合液的pH值、于1100℃煅烧4 h的工艺,可以制出合格的NiFe_2O_4陶瓷粉末。因此,用化学共沉淀法制备NiFe_2O_4惰性阳极用陶瓷粉末原料是可行的。 Technical process of NiFe_2O_4 has been studied with chemistry co-disposition method in this paper. Factors that affect material quality have also been discussed. According to analysis and comparison on material structure, we conclude that NiFe_2O_4 ceramics powder can be qualified through adjusting solution pH with sodium hydroxide, and calcining 4 h under 1100℃. Therefore, it is practicable to fabricate NiFe_2O_4 powder made by chemistry co-deposition method.
