摘 要: 区分了任务式激励与战略性激励 ,并重点分析了战略性激励的约束机制的效应。通过分析提出 ,与任务式激励相比 ,战略性激励有许多优势 ,但实行战略性激励并不一定就会给企业带来好的效应。实际上 ,只有建立了“硬性绑定” Incentives were categorized into strategic and task incentives and the effect of the constraint mechanism in the strategic incentive analyzed. It was pointed that the enforcement of the strategic incentive did not mean a certain positive effect although the strategic incentive had more advantages than the task incentive. The strategic incentives with strong constraint mechanism would provide better firms with performances.
