摘 要: 随着21世纪的来临,制造与维修工程越来越趋于统一。未来的制造与维修工程将考虑设备和零部件设计、制造和运行的全过程,是一个以优质、高效、节能、节材为目标的系统工程。再制造工程是国外新兴的产业领域,是先进制造技术的重要组成都分,也是先进制造技术的重要补充和发展。再制造技术充分利用各种先进表面工程和其它成型技术,制成再制造毛坯,形成再制造产品,是具有重大实用价值和优质、高效、少污染的绿色制造技术。 With the coming of the 21th century, manufacture and repair tends to be more and more integrated. Future manufacture and repair engineering will take the whole process of design, manufacture and operation of equipment and parts into consideration. It will be a system engineering with the purpose of high quality, high efficiency, energy and material conservation. Re-manufacture engineering, which is the important component, supplement and development of advanced manufacture technique, is the new industrial area in foreign country. Re-manufacture techniques take full advantages of advanced surface engineering and other molding techniques to moduce re- manufacture semi-finished products and then products. It is a manufacture technique with great practical value, high quality and efficiency and less pollution.
