摘 要: 介绍一种高稳定的温度控制电路 ,该电路采用锁相放大方法对温度的微小变化进行检测 ,利用半导体制冷器进行温度的实时控制。在室温环境下 ,其温度稳定度可到1 0 - 3K量级。 A high stable temperature control circuit is introduced.In this circuit,the phase-locked amplifying technique is utilized to detect the temperature fluctuation,and the thermoelectric cooler(TEC) is used to control the operation temperature online.By utilizing the circuit,the temperature fluctuation can be reduced to as low as 10 -3 K order in the room temperature.
