摘　　要： 要使计算机能在特殊教育中发挥其潜在的功能 ,就必须建立起新的与之相适应的教学模式 ,而计算机固有的特性又为新型的教学模式提供了可能。新型模式的建立要求人们以系统方法为指导 ,更句最新的学习理论成果 ,运用教学设计原理 ,创造性的开展工作。 It is important that we construct a new instructional model if computers are used effectively for children with special needs. In order to attain this aim, people need to be guided by systematic methods, based on learning theory, and applying the principles of instructional design.
