摘　　要： 资源的共享是高校间相互合作的重要内容。研究生教育资源共享的模式主要有高校合并和建设大学城二种,但真正实现资源共享还有许多需要处理、协调的具体问题。 Resources sharing is an important part among university cooperation. Postgraduates educational resources sharing has two kinds of modes: one is merging, another is to building university town. In the course of realizing resources sharing, a lot of problems should be dealt with.
