摘　　要： 教育质量是高等教育发展中一个永恒的主题。教育的质量观是人们在特定的社会条件下的教育价值选择,是指如何看待、评价和改进教育质量的基本看法。应在充分认识质量、高等教育自学考试质量的基础上,树立全面、发展、多元和适应的高等教育自学考试质量观。 Educational Quality is an eternal topic for higher education development. The outlook on educational quality is the choice of educational value under specific social conditions, which is the basic views about considering, evaluating and improving educational quality. Basing on fully understanding the quality, we should adopt comprehensive, developing, pluralistic and adaptive outlook on the quality of the Self-taught higher education examinations.
