摘　　要： 学衡派与新人文主义在人生哲学与文化取向上存在某种天然契合,在契合的前提条件下,学衡派在美国纷纭众多的思想中自主选择了新人文主义,新人文主义对学衡派文化思想的形成是一种文化资源理论渊源性的影响。学衡派对新人文主义的接受过程,实际上是中西文化冲突与交融背景下,中国近现代知识分子走向现代过程中的一个缩影,具有深厚的文化意味。 There is a natural conjunction between Xueheng School and New Humanism about philosophy of life and cultural orientation.So,in American diverse numerous thought,Xueheng School independently elected New Humanism.And New Humanism has an theoretical original influence on Xueheng School.However,under the background of China and the west culture conflicts with mutually,this acceptance process is a miniature of modern Chinese intellectual moves toward modernization,and has a deep cultural meaning.
