摘　　要： 高职教育的目的是培养学生的实际操作能力,这一教学目标的实现有赖于教师和学生的共同参与和对话、有赖于教师和学生共同创建适合学生动手动脑的“教学场”。而突显教学交流的“在场性”,既是教师和学生实现有效对话的内在需求,也是教学交流优化和信息及时反馈的必然选择。 The target of the higher vocational education is to train students' ability of acting and practicing.To achieve effective teaching,we should create a 'magnetic field of teaching' to attract teachers and students to more communication.To emphasize the communication in the class can meet both the teachers and students' interior need to an effective teaching,and it is also a proper choice to optimize communication and get a prompt feedback from students.
