摘 要: 思想政治课历来是大学生思想政治教育的主战场、主渠道和主阵地。思政教师要充分而有效地在教育过程中发挥主导作用,必须通过对显性教育和隐性教育的综合研究,有的放矢地激发教师与学生这对双元主体成功实现交相互动,促使学生主体所趋向的客体与教师主体所指向的客体趋于一致,并形成线性并轨,进而唤起学生参与思想政治教育的自为性和自主性,实现教师教的主导性与学生学的能动性的有机结合。 Ideological and political classes are always the main ways of the ideological and political education of college students.If the ideological and political teachers want to play the leading role in the educational process efficiently,they should do a comprehensive research on the dominant education and recessive education.Meanwhile,they should stimulate the interaction between teachers and students purposely,and make them unanimous and become a linear band.As a result,college students' autonomy of taking part in ideological and political education can be aroused,and it can also integrate teachers' domination and student's initiative.
