摘　　要： 制度化是教育机构生存的基本保障。双证书制度是高等职业技术教育凸现高职高专教育办学特色、提高学生就业竞争力的基本保证。它要求高等职业技术教育要不断调整教育质量评价体系、实践教学体系,加强师资队伍建设,拓展基础设施及其它配套条件建设。 Institutionalization serves as a guarantee for the existence of educational institutions,while Double-certificate system is a pledge for higher vocational education to present its characteristic of running a college and promoting students' competitiveness in employment.It also requires higher vocational education change its quality assessing system and practice teaching system,enhance teacher development,and improve teaching infrastructure and other auxiliary facilities.
