摘　　要： 会展发展对于城市经济发展具有较强的带动作用,目前我国的会展行业还处于萌芽和发展期,如何将我国的会展行业发展成为国际化水平的高度,是摆在我们面前一个亟待探讨的问题。本文从我国会展行业的现状开始分析,以政府行为的经济理论为依据,就政府在会展行业中的发展上所扮演的角色进行了详细的论述,并归纳和总结了政府在扶持和发展会展发展应该采取的战略和策略。 MICE industry has strong effect on the development of economy. There-fore it is a big problem that how to develop the MICE industry efficiently so that it could reach the international standard. This article describes the present conditions of MICE in China,analysis the effect of CEPA. Then have a deep discussion about the char-acter of the government. How the government act in the de-velopment of MICE industry is important. In order to strengthen the MICE industry,the government should be public,and the government should rule by law.
